An account-fit worksheet for real estate agency growth.
A long company list is not a pipeline. Define the project types, media readiness, sales capacity and geography your service can support. For QDnCo’s immediate India acquisition, prioritise Bangalore and Chennai. Treat Dubai as its own market and proposition. Do not silently add excluded cities to paid campaigns because they appear in research.
Developers may need launch planning and a consistent project story. Channel partners may need qualified demand across multiple inventories and clean routing. Mandate firms may need coordinated execution and reporting across stakeholders. Validate these needs in discovery rather than assuming the title tells the whole story.
For each account, record an official website, relevant project, public decision-maker role, observed need and evidence date. Team size or an impressive brand name is not proof of media budget. Leave budget unknown until confirmed. Use platform-permitted research tools; a contact database does not create consent for bulk messaging.
Review one visible problem: a confusing offer, mismatched landing page, unclear qualification standard or missing sales feedback loop. Bring a short diagnostic and ask about constraints. Avoid claiming you manage a developer directly when the experience is through a channel partner.
Send the quality audit when the problem is bad-fit enquiries, the economics worksheet when reporting stops at CPL, and the comparison resource when sales needs a better buyer conversation. Share only where appropriate and welcome. Track a meaningful response or agreed next step rather than treating every download as a sales-qualified opportunity.
