• Where: start with the states where interest concentrates (Delhi, Haryana, Goa, Maharashtra, Karnataka) and cities advertisers already use, then move budget by cost per qualified lead.
• Form: budget and currency, funding route, timeline, residency, visit preference.
• Creative: one offer per ad. What competitors already use in India: payment plan 73%, rupee price 31%, events 26%, Golden Visa 21%. What almost nobody uses: NRI-specific messages (0.6%), loan and remittance answers (1.5%), permit in the copy (2.1%).

Google: what to bid on

Suggestions show what people type, not volumes; check each theme in Keyword Planner with India as the location. Keep project and community terms in their own campaign, and send each theme to a landing page that answers it.

Walkthroughs and community tours stand in for a first viewing for buyers who will not fly before shortlisting. Use them as the retargeting pool for Meta and Search.
