Working together

We guarantee qualified leads against a written five-part definition, with free replacement of any that fail it when flagged within seven days. We do not guarantee bookings, and you should treat any agency that does with suspicion. Bookings depend on your pricing, your inventory, your sales team and market conditions — none of which the campaign controls. An agency guaranteeing an outcome it does not control is either pricing the risk somewhere you cannot see it or planning to argue about attribution later.
It gets priced in. Nobody carries risk for free, so a booking guarantee is funded either by a materially higher fee or by a definition of "booking" so hedged that it is unenforceable — usually the second.
It also changes behaviour badly. An agency on the hook for bookings has an incentive to claim credit for every sale in the period, including walk-ins, channel-partner introductions and repeat buyers. The dispute is not avoidable; it is deferred to the moment when it is most expensive to have.
That is a guarantee on the part of the process we control. It is deliberately narrower than what you would like, and narrower than what you will be offered elsewhere.
A Phase 0 call is a questionnaire, not a pitch. You get the market read before anyone spends a rupee on advertising.
