Yes — delivered work includes EdTech, SaaS and other adjacent categories. But the benchmarks published on this site are real estate figures from real estate campaigns, and they should not be read as transferable. The mechanics carry across, because funnel structure, qualification discipline and the platform optimisation floor are properties of the platforms rather than of the industry. The catchment knowledge, the RERA gate and the buyer research do not carry across at all.
| Transfers | Does not transfer |
|---|---|
| Funnel structure and test design | Catchment and corridor knowledge |
| Written qualification standard | The specific five criteria, which are property-shaped |
| CRM feedback loop and optimisation events | RERA compliance workflow |
| Creative volume and fatigue discipline | Published cost-per-lead benchmarks |
| Research-before-spend sequence | Buyer research and personas |
So the process transfers and the priors do not, which means non-real-estate work involves more genuine discovery and less pattern-matching. That usually means Phase 0 is doing more of the work, and it is worth knowing that before commissioning it.
Because that is where the delivered proof, the market research and the specialisation genuinely are, and a practice that claims every category equally is claiming none of them.
If you are outside real estate and the process above is what you want, the conversation is worth having. Just do not buy it on the strength of a ₹266 cost per lead that came from a Bangalore apartment launch.
A Phase 0 call is a questionnaire, not a pitch. You get the market read before anyone spends a rupee on advertising.
