QD & Co is founded and run by V. Sai Kavshik in Bangalore. It is an owner-operated practice rather than an agency with an account-management layer, which means the person who runs the research also runs the account. The binding constraint is capacity, not demand: roughly one partnership plus three to four performance engagements at a time, with Phase 0 diagnostics running alongside at about one every two to three weeks.
Why the capacity limit is published
Because it is the honest answer to "can you take this on", and because it explains the pricing. A practice that cannot run twenty accounts does not need to price for twenty accounts, and does not need to sell work it cannot staff.
It also sets an expectation worth setting early: if the capacity is full, the answer is a date rather than a yes.
