Bangalore, Mysore and Karnataka

How does marketing differ across Bangalore's catchments?

Last updated 2026-09-09

The corridors buy differently and the campaigns should not be identical. North Bangalore around Devanahalli and the airport corridor is investor-heavy and infrastructure-led. East around Whitefield and Budigere Cross is IT-employment-led with a large ready-to-move audience. West around Yeshwanthpur and the metro line is end-user and price-sensitive. South is mixed and the most competitive auction in the city. Mysore and Tier-2 Karnataka is plot-dominant and has run at roughly half the Bangalore cost per lead.

What actually changes between them

The argument changes, not the mechanics. North responds to connectivity and appreciation; East responds to commute and school access; West responds to value and metro proximity; Tier-2 responds to plot economics and clear title.

Language mix changes too. Kannada and English split-testing is worth running in most catchments and matters more outside the central IT corridors, where the assumption that everyone reads English advertising quietly costs reach.

Why the catchment belongs in the qualification rule

A lead from outside a project's realistic catchment is not a bad lead in the abstract — it is a lead that will not visit the site. Geography is one of the five criteria in our qualified-lead definition for that reason, and the boundary is drawn per project during Phase 0 rather than assumed from the postcode.
