Working together

What do you need from me to start?

Last updated 2026-09-09

Six things: RERA registration status, the project price band and unit mix, your catchment definition, access to your ad accounts and CRM, whatever campaign history exists, and a named person on your side who owns the outcome. The last one is the one engagements fail without. Media buying can be outsourced; chasing your own sales team to call leads inside 48 hours cannot be, and an engagement with no internal counterpart produces leads nobody is accountable for.

The checklist

  • RERA status. Registered or registering. Hard gate — we do not advertise an unregistered project.
  • Price band and unit mix. Sets the budget criterion in the qualified-lead definition.
  • Catchment. Your view of it. Phase 0 will test it, and it is frequently drawn wider than the buyer behaves.
  • Ad account and CRM access. Your accounts, our access. Never the other way round.
  • Campaign history. What ran, what it cost, what happened. Failures are more useful than successes here.
  • A named owner. Someone with authority over the sales follow-up.

What you do not need to have ready

Creative, copy, a landing page or a media plan. Those come out of the research rather than into it, and arriving with them fixed is a common way to spend the first fortnight unwinding decisions made before the market was read.

Want this answered for your project specifically?

A Phase 0 call is a questionnaire, not a pitch. You get the market read before anyone spends a rupee on advertising.
