Lead quality and qualification

Inside 48 hours, across at least three attempts, before a lead can fairly be assessed at all — that is the contactability standard written into our qualified-lead definition. Faster is materially better: a property enquiry is usually one of several submitted in the same browsing session, so the first firm to make contact is often the only one having a real conversation. Beyond about 72 hours, contact rates fall far enough that the lead is effectively a different, colder asset.
A single unanswered call proves nothing. Indian buyers routinely screen unknown numbers, and a large share of genuinely interested enquiries do not answer first time. Three attempts across the window, ideally at different times of day and with at least one WhatsApp follow-up, is the minimum that distinguishes "unreachable" from "did not happen to be free".
This is also why the standard is written as attempts rather than as calls. One call and one WhatsApp message at different hours tests the lead better than three calls in the same ten minutes.
Usually routing, not effort. Leads arriving into a shared inbox, a spreadsheet or a WhatsApp group have no owner, and anything without an owner waits. A CRM that assigns on arrival and alerts a named person is the intervention that moves this number, and it is cheaper than the leads being wasted.
A Phase 0 call is a questionnaire, not a pitch. You get the market read before anyone spends a rupee on advertising.
