The counterpart to the Indium engagement: what the same discipline looks like when the constraint is scale rather than proof, and why the cost per lead is deliberately higher.
The historical portfolio reports approximately ₹450 per lead and around 22,000 monthly leads across an enterprise portfolio. This is agency-account execution experience, not a direct-client claim or a project-specific result. Platform exports, dates and scope remain to be reconciled for publication.
Because volume and cost move against each other, always. A fourteen-day test into a tightly drawn catchment can hold ₹266. Sustaining ~22,000 leads a month means reaching far past the cheapest audience, and the marginal lead costs more than the first one.
Any agency showing you a low CPL at high volume is either new to the account, reporting a partial window, or not counting something. The honest version of scale is that efficiency degrades and you plan for it.
