QD & Co. runs research-led performance marketing for Dubai real estate: Meta and Google campaigns, creative testing, qualified-lead scoring and CRM routing, built around the Dubai Land Department's advertising-permit rules. We work remotely from Bengaluru, we do not sell property, and every Dubai engagement starts with a paid market read before any media is spent.
This is the part most campaigns from outside the UAE get wrong, and the part that gets a client fined rather than the agency.
| Requirement | What it means for a campaign | Source |
|---|---|---|
| DLD real estate advertising permit (Trakheesi) | Required before an ad runs. Covers electronic, newspaper, SMS, outdoor, printed and classified ads, exhibitions and project launches. | Dubai Land Department — Real Estate Ad Permit |
| Permit number on the ad | The permit number must be mentioned in the advertisement itself, and a listing needs a permit to go live on portals such as Bayut and dubizzle. | Bayut — Trakheesi for real estate professionals |
| Marketing contract with the owner | A broker applying for a permit supplies a copy of its marketing contract with the property owner. | Dubai Land Department — Real Estate Ad Permit |
| Permit fees | AED 1,000 per permit, AED 5,000 for a project-launch event permit, plus an AED 20 Knowledge and Innovation fee. Stated processing time: one working day. | Dubai Land Department — Real Estate Ad Permit |
| UAE Media Council Advertiser Permit | Individuals who advertise on social media in the UAE need an Advertiser Permit. Confirm the scope for your case with the Council. | UAE Media Council · Gulf News — UAE issues 1,800 Advertiser Permits |
What this changes in practice: the permit is applied for by your licensed brokerage or developer, per property or launch, before creative goes live. We build the permit number into the creative from the brief onward, so no ad has to be rebuilt after approval.
| QD & Co. does | QD & Co. does not |
|---|---|
| Market research, competitor ad teardown and buyer-complaint mining before any spend | Sell property or take a commission on sales |
| Meta and Google campaigns built paused, approved by you, then scaled on qualified-lead cost | Hold a RERA broker licence or apply for permits on your behalf |
| Creative built to your permit, BRN and ORN requirements from the brief | Claim a Dubai office, Dubai clients or Dubai results we do not have |
| Lead scoring, CRM routing and AI lead agents (delivered by Vyostra AI) | Bill media through us — you pay Meta and Google directly |
Fourteen residential campaigns across ten developer brands in India, including Brigade, Godrej, Kumar, Vaishnavi, Nambiar and Vajram, plus a cross-border campaign selling US land to buyers living in India. Method, audience logic and labelled economics are published for each project in the work index. The research behind our pricing and benchmarks is public: the Meta Ad Library audit of 41 agencies and cost-per-lead benchmarks.
Dubai pricing is published in AED on QD & Co. Dubai: a fee per qualified lead, or a monthly retainer, with media paid by you directly to Meta and Google.
No. QD & Co. works from Bengaluru and serves Dubai clients remotely. We do not hold a RERA broker licence and we do not sell property. Advertising permits are applied for by your licensed brokerage or developer; we build and run the marketing inside your accounts and under your permits.
Not yet. Our delivered work is Indian residential real estate across ten developer brands, plus a US land campaign sold to buyers living in India. That is why every Dubai engagement starts with Phase 0, a paid market read, so you can judge our understanding of your market before any retainer.
A Dubai Land Department real estate advertising permit, applied for through Trakheesi, with the permit number shown in the advertisement. Brokers apply with a marketing contract from the property owner. Portals such as Bayut and dubizzle will not publish a listing without one.
Individuals advertising on social media in the UAE now need an Advertiser Permit from the UAE Media Council, and the property ad itself still needs its DLD permit. Confirm the current scope for your case with the Media Council and your brokerage's compliance team before posting.
You do, directly to Meta and Google from your own ad account. We never bill media through us, and you keep the account, the pixel history and the audiences.
